Meditation – The Shortcut to Optimism!


In my first post I promised you that I’ll write a post on meditation too. So here it is! Meditation is a very vast topic, but don’t worry we’re not going to talk about other things but the things which are related to optimism.

Now let’s start with a basic question: What is meditation?

The answer to this is very simple. When you are meditating you are only seeing your body as an object and you are your soul. When you meditate you try to get to your higher self. And this is called Meditation! Hope you all understood, if you want more information click here.

The real thing about meditation is you should not do it as a chore. It should not be a part of your to-do list. So you better do it whenever you feel like! And you know, this is the best part of it! :)

How shall I do it?

This is the best FAQ! You can sit in any posture you like (not like those saints!). The posture should be comfortable. Then just start concentrating on your breathing. And if you start thinking about any other (which I know you will!) try to avoid them, you can’t get rid of them. So try to avoid them. It’ll seem difficult at first but as you keep practicing it is life transforming!!!

And when you start to meditate you’ll notice that you’ve become more optimistic!

  1. Wow. Nice description there. Thought it sounds like the source you have got it from, but it's good to do that. That is how we all learn.
    I'll tell you what. You will learn hell a lot if you just keep this blog alive.
    When I look at what I wrote and used to be like 2 years ago, I am amazed at the progress. You have great potential man! Keep Rockin!
