Let's Make Life Positive!

Hey people! I am here again with another post after a very loooong time! I was busy with my school, exams and my official blog Manav and the World! But anyways I am here with this post on how to make your life.

I am writing this post because in my school we have a teacher who teaches us Hindi, and he has a very strong negative outlook towards life, government, fellow teachers and also towards the students to who he teaches. This was urging me to write this post but because of all the things I listed earlier I didn't get time. So now when I have time let's talk a bit about it.

Not an Optimistic Outlook towards Life

As I said about my teacher, there are many people similar to him (and you may be too!). They say the life's not the way they want it and a number of other things like: Why I get diseases? or Why is not talking to me? or Why are all the people (or parents, friends etc) are against me? These are the things they ask themselves. But the thing is the answers also lie within them. They have so much of negative thoughts in their heads going on that they're unable to get the answers!

The thing is it all started with one and only one negative thought that came to the person's mind and it developed so much that it ended up changing the character of the person itself. This is the power of thoughts that you have in your mind. This is the Law of Attraction at work.

So how to change it? The very simple but enormously powerful thing is to have completely positive thoughts. This is the most easiest way to change your outlook towards life.

The other thing you can do is to have positive affirmations. Like:

I am so happy and peaceful!
I am so cool and positive!
I like my life and wanna make it king size!

Say these or others that you may think of many times a day, and feel that happy feeling!

Newspapers: Friend or Foe?

Newspapers are the things without which an adult can't live (it's adult not teenagers, you understand right?!). And they print a number of things in them. Regardless of what they are! Now let's see if they are optimistic or not...

And you know what? You get influenced by them, whether positively or negatively! Newspapers have their own opinions on every possible news, and today's newspapers are just useless (except some of them).

In newspapers there are a number of pages. Let's tackle them one by one and see there influence on you (positive or negative).

Front Page
This is the first page you see when you get your newspaper on your doorstep. This page contains a small "summary" of what's inside and some small news. You don't have to be afraid of them as they are neutral. They don't affect your life very much as other pages. So read the front page. But be aware of some negative news.

Page 2

This page usually, not always, contain some bad news. And most of the newspapers have some "Memory" thing in this page (as well as in the third one) so one should really avoid this.

Page 3

Usually the "Bollywood gossip" page in most of the Hindi and some English newspapers. This page is extremely harmful. Because this page contains many negative things about the celebrities. And this is the most significant reason why people usually relate their stories to that of the celebrities. So you should be BEWARE of this page.

The Middle Pages

These pages may also harm your mental thoughts. This is why you should not read it. But if you still wanna read it, then just read, give it a thought and forget about it! This is your job.

The Interactive Page

This page, as everyone knows, contains some fun games and puzzles. So solve them as much as you like, because it will improve your mind's flexibility!

These are just some suggestions. If you wanna read those pages or the whole newspaper, go ahead! But read what you want, give it a thought and just forget about it!

Meditation – The Shortcut to Optimism!

In my first post I promised you that I’ll write a post on meditation too. So here it is! Meditation is a very vast topic, but don’t worry we’re not going to talk about other things but the things which are related to optimism.

Now let’s start with a basic question: What is meditation?

The answer to this is very simple. When you are meditating you are only seeing your body as an object and you are your soul. When you meditate you try to get to your higher self. And this is called Meditation! Hope you all understood, if you want more information click here.

The real thing about meditation is you should not do it as a chore. It should not be a part of your to-do list. So you better do it whenever you feel like! And you know, this is the best part of it! :)

How shall I do it?

This is the best FAQ! You can sit in any posture you like (not like those saints!). The posture should be comfortable. Then just start concentrating on your breathing. And if you start thinking about any other (which I know you will!) try to avoid them, you can’t get rid of them. So try to avoid them. It’ll seem difficult at first but as you keep practicing it is life transforming!!!

And when you start to meditate you’ll notice that you’ve become more optimistic!

The Law of Attraction and Optimism!!!

Now for those who know about the law of attraction (LOA). LoA is greatly influenced by optimism. It says if you have positive thoughts i.e. if you are optimistic then only you can draw all the good into your life. And that's true! I've experienced it in my life!

LoA says that when you ask for something you will get it but there's a catch, you have to be in a positive mood in order to receive what you've asked for. And that's where optimism comes in.

Now let me tell you a story about me. It goes like this:
I was studying in class 8 when I didn't know about the LoA. I was like a normal being who didn't know about the LoA. And most of the time I would be in a negative state of mind. Thinking about bad things and you know what all that bad about what I was thinking happened to me! (LoA, of course!) And I blamed others about every bad thing that happened to me. And one day came to know about optimism and there I got to know about being positive into my life. And you know what, after being positive, in just 2 months I got to know about the LoA. Due to my persistent thoughts about a huge power above us (but not God).

I know that my story is not very influential but it tells one thing that optimism is the key to the LoA. And after that moment everything that's happening into my life, I surely say that I've attracted that! And you could say the same thing too!

Just practice optimism and the LoA together and let the MAGIC begin!!!

Optimism - The Way of Life!

Let's start with the obvious question, What is optimism? Optimism is a way of thinking in which a person sees positive in everything, let it be the worst situation in your life (like betrayal, etc). And this really helps! I've done it and still doing it and it is cool I tell you!

How To Be Optimistic?
This is the most obvious question asked by my classmates/friends when I tell them about it! And it's really simple! First for becoming optimistic you should have a peaceful mind, and for peaceful the most simple way is to meditate! For more information and to know how meditation rocks click here.
I will focus on meditation in my next post. So have a peaceful mind and become optimistic!

You Can Be, But I Can't!
This is also the sentence I get fired up on me when I tell others about it! Why can't you do it? Everybody can be optimistic! No exception. And if you think you can't, think the opposite. Think that I can do it and change the way you think. This is because of The Law of Attraction! For more information about it click here! And Don't worry, I'll tackle it in my next to next post!
